Data Analyst

We seek a motivated Data Analyst eager to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role that bridges technical data operations with customer-facing support. In this position, you will balance the back-end integrity of core data systems with a strong focus on subscriber satisfaction. You will handle everything from data patching and in-depth research to data loading and validation, while directly supporting users. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce to communicate directly with data customers and subscribers, assisting them with a wide range of questions, data accuracy inquiries, and technical problems.

  • Perform data modification, data matching, and data loading tasks across multiple services utilizing tools like Microsoft SQLServer, SQL client, and Excel.

  • Perform initial data analysis for accuracy questions, troubleshoot data flows from raw data and website searches, and research data discrepancies across relational databases.

  • Manage, update, and track issues within Salesforce and JIRA, meeting SLA requirements for ticket response and resolution times.

  • Maintain team documentation and internal processes in Confluence.

  • Work closely with Data Operations, Data Engineering, and senior team members to identify data needs, resolve complex issues, and escalate advanced technical problems when necessary.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a data support, data operations, or data analyst role.

  • Solid working knowledge of relational database structures and concepts with hands-on experience writing queries in MS SQL Server or similar relational databases.

  • Good working knowledge of using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and delimited data sources for data manipulation, matching, and entry-level analysis.

  • Familiarity with checking and validating data using tools like Postman and understanding basic API data flow concepts (RESTful, OData).

  • Experience managing queues, contact management, and client communications through Salesforce and Atlassian JIRA.

  • Experience creating technical documentation, procedural articles, and content structures using Atlassian Confluence.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in the Real Estate industry, with an understanding of the agent-broker-client relationships and Multiple-Listing Service (MLS) responsibilities (RETS and RESO Web API knowledge are a plus).
