Power Platform Specialist

We are seeking a Power Platform Specialist to support the design and implementation of low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders and independently configuring solutions that improve workflows, automate processes, and support operational needs.

The ideal candidate is highly communicative, self-directed, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements.

  • Translate business needs into practical solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Configure and implement low-code/no-code applications and workflows to support internal business processes.

  • Design automated workflows to streamline approvals, notifications, data movement, and operational tasks.

  • Independently manage requests from intake through implementation, testing, and delivery.

  • Apply governance, best practices, and standards within the Power Platform environment.

  • Troubleshoot issues, refine existing solutions, and make enhancements based on business feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure solutions align with organizational standards.

  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, applications, and business logic.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Proven ability to gather requirements directly from non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to translate them into automated workflows.

  • Comfort working in a low-code/no-code environment without reliance on traditional programming languages.

  • High level of independence and ownership, with the ability to manage work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business-friendly terms.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests or priorities.

  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design and delivery.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
