Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with solid technical understanding. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure platform solutions, and support successful implementations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders, translating business needs into practical technical solutions, and working with data to ensure configurations meet operational requirements. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams, while also supporting customer enablement and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.

  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.

  • System configuration tasks in support the business needs and aligned with the team goals

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of system functionality and integrations.

  • Analyze and interpret data structures and system workflows to support solution design.

  • Provide customer training and enablement to ensure successful platform adoption.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and improve system functionality.

  • Document requirements, workflows, and configuration processes clearly for stakeholders and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Application Consultant.

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Ability to understand technical systems, data structures, and integrations.

  • Experience interacting directly with clients or business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with enterprise software implementations.

  • Familiarity with data analysis or SQL.

  • Experience configuring enterprise platforms or SaaS products.

  • Experience delivering customer training or onboarding sessions.
