We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Integration Specialist to lead our client data extraction and onboarding pipeline. In this role, you will be our technical bridge for incoming customers, extracting core property management data (rent rolls, GL balances, tenant records) from Yardi and converting it into clean, ingestion-ready formats for their internal platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract raw financial, tenant, and lease data from client Yardi environments using Yardi Data Connect APIs, YSR custom reporting scripts, Yardi Replicate SQL queries, or structured batch exports.

• Map, clean, and transform messy Yardi outputs into standardized schemas required by our engineering and uploads team.

• Interface directly with client IT or system administrators to guide them through granting proper database access rights or running standard data packages.

• Develop lightweight internal scripts (SQL, Python, or Excel/VBA) to automate recurring extraction and formatting steps across different Yardi versions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience extracting and working with Yardi Voyager, Yardi Breeze, or Yardi Elevate data models.

• Strong SQL proficiency with experience querying relational databases, mapping tables, and manipulating complex financial/real estate data sets.

• Familiarity with Yardi's backend ecosystem, including YSR (Yardi Scripted Reports), Yardi Data Connect, or custom batch exporting.

• Prior experience working at a Yardi Independent Consultant Network (ICN) firm, a real estate software vendor, or as a Yardi System Administrator is strongly preferred.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a resourceful approach to navigating locked-down data systems.
