We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to serve as the strategic driver behind our most critical customer initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, ensuring our Data Intelligence Platform evolves at the pace our global customers demand.

You will partner closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans. Beyond tracking deadlines, you will actively identify risks, resolve dependencies across multi-cloud environments, and streamline workflows to empower our developers while providing the clarity and structure needed to deliver world-class data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional programs, ensuring projects stay on track across distributed engineering teams.

• Deeply understand the Databricks architecture to anticipate dependencies and technical bottlenecks between various platform components.

• Act as the primary bridge between engineering and business units, translating technical constraints into clear timelines for leadership.

• Implement and refine Agile or Kanban workflows to improve team velocity without introducing unnecessary friction.

• Proactively identify “red flags” in the development cycle, conducting root-cause analysis for blockers and driving resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage in “whiteboard” discussions with senior engineers.

• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, SQL), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and AI/ML workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably with Big Data and Financial Services background

• Proficiency in using data-driven tools (Jira, Confluence) to track metrics and report on program health.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
